TESAMORELIN

Tesamorelin is a synthetic research peptide and analog of human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Structurally related to naturally occurring GHRH, Tesamorelin has become widely studied in laboratory research involving pituitary signaling, growth hormone regulation, metabolic pathways, and the growth hormone/insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) axis.

Tesamorelin research has explored its interaction with GHRH receptors located on pituitary cells. Researchers have investigated the receptor-mediated signaling mechanisms associated with growth hormone secretion and downstream biological pathways influenced by growth hormone and IGF-1 activity.

Another significant area of Tesamorelin research involves metabolic biology. Laboratory studies have examined GHRH-related signaling in experimental models involving lipid metabolism, glucose-related processes, cellular energy regulation, and communication between endocrine and metabolic pathways.

Tesamorelin has a molecular weight of approximately 5,135.9 g/mol and is synthetically produced for controlled research applications. It is typically supplied as a white, lyophilized powder for laboratory investigation involving GHRH receptor activity, growth hormone signaling, metabolic biology, and related pathways.
